Store Policies RIGID Knives and Cutlery Returns Policy: Please read our poilicies concerning returns and refunds carefully as we here at RIGID Knives and Cutlery adhere to them fully and strictly. We want you to be happy with your purchase item(s). We know that this may not always be the case and will give you the opportunity to return an item for a refund. If there is nothing wrong with your item(s) in cosmetics or functionality which may occur during shipment and you are just unhappy, please contact us first before returning and let us know (within 48 hours of receiving). We will issue a RA number (return authorization) to be placed on the return package. We will impose a 15% restocking charge of the purchase price before a refund will be issued and item(s) must be returned in original box and all contents and paperwork present. Please remember we can not accept any item(s) that have been used, altered or damaged in cosmetics or functionality in any way. No exceptions! Please understand this before returning a item as we can only accept an item where we can resell in "brand new" condition or be able to return ourselves to our supplier for a refund. All shipping costs are non refundable. We do not offer any refunds on computer software, DVD or CD merchandise. For these items we only offer an exchange for the same item (if available) or a store credit which is valid and must be used within 30 days of original purchase price of item (minus shipping). Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, a full purchase price of item will be given upon return of the wrong item or an exchange for the correct item. For mistakenly shipped items, we will supply a shipping label for you to place on the return shipping package. Please allow for re-order time for this process to take place. Please contact us within 24 hours for a incorrect received item. We inspect all items for cosmetic and functionality concerns before shipping your order! This excludes clam packed items. We mandate insurance on on each item shipped that will cover the purchase price total (minus shipping). Situations can happen during shipment (very rare) that we here at RIGID Knives and Cutlery have no control over or responsible for. This assures you that if a problem does occur that you have an avenue to be able to go for reimbursement from the shipper. We will do what we can to make that process easy for you with the shipper. Product and Seller Disclaimer: You must be 18 years of age and older to purchase items from RIGID Knives and Cutlery. Buyer assumes all liability and responsibility to all federal and their local and state laws governing the purchase and use of all items. RIGID Knives and Cutlery assumes no responsibility or liability after the sale and shipment of any item. Each item listed within our website is either in our own inventory or our suppliers inventory at the time of each item listing. However availability is subject to change without notice. We mainly post catalog type photos for each product. There may be cosmetic variations at times due to manufacturer design changes within production and photos supplied to us. RKC is not responsible for this and keeps each item up to date. Computer monitors can have different settings which can also effect visuals too. We will never knowingly ship a wrong or defective item to you. RKC will always honor item prices listed at all times within our store and website. RKC will not adjust if a price change is evident from our supplier after you make a purchase. "Free Gift" items with purchase are final and cannot be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Each "free gift" item falls within our seller and product disclaimer policy for liability and resposibility of the buyer (see below): Rigid Knives and Cutlery does its best to accurately represent the Merchandise, through photo, price and copy. Occasionally we make mistakes. If such a mistake should occur, your order will be corrected as the facts may dictate. RKC does not have control over manufacturer product changes in their production of an item and does not change their product description or item number for ordering and copy. Shipping and Handling: We will ship your order the same or following business day after we receive your order. (please allow for the supplier order process to take place). "In stock" items will ship same or next day.We will contact you when shipment has been made. Naturally we like to inspect cosmetics and check functionality (if applicable) of each item before shipping to you. We will never knowingly ship you a defective item. If we receive your item damaged from our supplier, we will contact you ASAP to let you know that there will be a delay. Shipping charges may change at anytime and are current when placing your order. We offer the following shipping methods (our choice): USPS Priority Mail USPS Parcel Post USPS First Class Mail UPS Ground Expedited service available on request All our shipping quotes/prices does include our handling and will also include mandatory shipping insurance. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Local customers to us can arrange for local pickup of their order or we may be able to provide delivery for you. Choose "Will Call" option within check out process. Questions? Just ask us and we will be glad to help! At this time we only allow purchase and shipment of items to customers within the United States (lower 48 states). Canada orders are accepted under the conditions and agreement that buyer/customer assumes all responsibilty and liability to border customs and the policies associated with Customs Policies and Procedures.. All additional charges/costs/duties and taxes that may occur in retaining your package are the sole resposibility of the buyer/customer. In no circumstance is Rigid Knives and Cutlery liable or responsible for any item or package shipped by us that may be seized by border custom agencies. Pepper Spray or flammable liquids are NOT shipped outside the USA. Please adhere to this policy before making a purchase with us as we will stop the transaction/order process and issue a refund if applicable. No international orders taken.
