 We started RIGID Knives and Cutlery as a fun hobby but serious too. To bring exceptional deals and selection on knives and cutlery that were nowhere to be found locally to our family and friends to enjoy. 

Having too much fun doing this, we decided to concentrate on a little advertisement locally to grow and expand  which brought us here to the internet.

 

 Our growth has been mainly by "word of mouth" advertising which is the best return!

We want to keep our "very low" overhead in operating RIGID Knives and Cutlery and to be able to offer such great prices to you. With that in mind, we can't list every single item we can offer to you within our store. We could but elect not to because price would suffer. By all means contact us with a specific item you desire with a make and model number (if possible) and we will surely try to accomodate with availability and low price for you.

 

Along with the vast product available of the manufacturers listed on our homepage, we have other manufacturers at our fingertips. So just ask us!

 

Please keep in mind that we list our own "in stock" items on our website and also items which are in our suppliers "in stock" at time of listing a item within our store categories. Our own RKC "in stock" items placed within a order will be shipped same day or within 2 days after payment has been made. Any item ordered that is not in our immediate "in stock" will have to ordered from one of our suppliers. This may take up to 10 business days. Please allow for this time. Once we receive your ordered product, we do inspect all items before making shipment to you. You will always be kept up to date with the ordering process and any changes taking place. We will never ship a defective item to you!

 

Our suppliers "in stock" items may change in availability at any time which we here at Rigid Knives and Cutlery have no control over. We always stand behind any prices we list within our website and will never change (raise) an items price once it has been ordered.

If an order placed with us has both our "in stock" and our suppliers "in stock". the whole order will be held so the order can be shipped "in full".

We can provide mail in sharpening service and also schedule mobile sharpening services to our local residents and businesses.
